My client is seeking a Front of House / Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic where you will manage front-of-house operations, coordinate appointment systems, support clinical staff and maintain the highest standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact, projecting a positive and welcoming image of the clinic Manage reception operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day function Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally Operate the appointments and payments system, including daily reconciliations Liaise effectively with the Cork-based Optima Clinic as required Maintain accurate administrative records, including filing and data management Support clinical staff with scheduling, patient information and documentation Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations Maintain a tidy, professional and welcoming reception and client area Oversee cash management, stock control and supplies About You: The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service.
You will have: Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar front-of-house or healthcare administration role Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A professional, dependable and polished presentation Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail The ability to work well under pressure in a busy clinical environment A strong work ethic and flexible, team-oriented mindset Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Fluent written and spoken English Experience within a healthcare or medical clinic setting is a distinct advantage.
