Cluster HR Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cluster HR Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing all recruitment and selection for the property, including internal hiring and succession planning.
The successful candidate will drive Training and Development amongst the staff to ensure that our talent is ready to take the next steps in their careers.
This position requires a proactive approach with strong understanding of employment law and related legislation as well as excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proactive Approach: Self-starter with ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
3-5 years experience in Human Resources Management or similar field.
Required qualifications include bachelor’s degree preferably in H R, Business, a nd/or equivalent combination education
