Job Overview
Lead a critical review and optimisation of an existing Sage X3 platform within a healthcare/pharmaceutical business.
* Review the current setup to identify gaps and issues.
* Develop a remediation or replacement strategy.
* Collaborate with finance and operational teams to align system with business needs.
* Drive process improvement, automation, and best practice adoption.
* Support change management, training, and user enablement.
* Ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and accurate reporting
The ideal candidate will have:
* Expertise in Sage X3 (Financials, Inventory & Distribution, Manufacturing, PJM).
* A strong background in financial reporting and troubleshooting ERP issues.
* Experience in solution design, configuration, and optimisation.
* Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and system upgrades.
* Familiarity with healthcare/pharma compliance requirements.
* Reporting experience with Sage X3 tools, Crystal Reports, or Power BI.
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland without restriction.
