You and your engagement can contribute to shape the future of renewable energies.We are seeking a HR administrator to join our HR team in ENERCON Ireland on a fixed term contract of 6 months. The role will be based from our headquarters in Tralee, Co.Kerry with hybrid working available. Your Responsibilities:Support the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising and screening of roles through to onboarding of employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records ensuring compliance and data integrity.Complete the absence management reporting process including the monitoring of absence levels & identifying patterns and notifying line managers when absence triggers are met Complete general administration tasks for the HR Department including answering employee queries, cross-departmental tasksContribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures ensuring consistency across ENERCON Ireland and Northern IrelandPrepare HR reports using SAP and Microsoft office as required.Assist with HR related projects such as internal audits, surveys, HRIS.Provide support with Global Mobility tasks and activities.Support the HR department with other HR tasks or projects as required.Your Requirements:Third level HR or business qualification is requiredAt least 2 years' proven office experience is essential, ideally in a HR environmentHR Experience is an advantageStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essentialExperience with SAP is desirableFull clean driving licence(EU) is essentialExcellent organisational and time-management abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of adaptabilitySelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyDemonstrated ability to handle confidential informationYour Benefits:Private Health InsuranceDental InsuranceCompany Pension Contribution SchemePaid Maternity & Paternity LeavePaid Fertility treatment support leaveEmployee Assistance ProgramBike to Work SchemeEducational AssistanceWorld class in-house trainingCareer Progression OpportunitiesSports & Social ClubEmployee Referral ProgramENERCON retains the right to advertise all positions both internally and externally.
