**Reservations Administrator Role**

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Reservations Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who possesses excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out, handling phone and email inquiries, managing bookings and reservations, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to possess IT skills, including proficiency in Hotsoft or similar software, as well as excellent organizational skills to process payments and maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reception or hospitality setting, although this is not essential. A sense of humor, plenty of energy, and stamina are also desirable traits for this role.

The salary for this position will be dependent on experience.
