A well-established legal firm in Dublin City Centre requires a highly experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive support to their legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing legal documents, handling digital dictation and transcription tasks efficiently, and maintaining and organizing confidential files and legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and correspondence.
2. Handle digital dictation and transcription tasks efficiently.
3. Maintain and organize confidential files and legal documents.
4. Assist with billing processes and expense tracking.
5. Perform general administrative duties to support the legal team.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Secretary.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.
* Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
