Senior quantity surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to lead the commercial functions on a dedicated project, such as residential and commercial projects in the Dublin Region. Our client is looking for a QS with about 6 + years experience at least some at senior level and experience working in either Ireland or the UK is essential. Our client is working on the largest and most prestigious projects in the country and has an excellent pipeline of work in various sectors for the next few years. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 6 years professional experience. Proven expertise in subcontractor and client management, including valuations, variations, final accounts, and cost reporting. Strong ability to interpret specifications, bills of quantities, and drawings, with a track record of extracting quantities and managing supplier/subcontractor quotations within deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quantity Surveying software, with experience in commercial and industrial projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce and explain accurate reports. Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to achieving success. Salary: Excellent salary circa €90,000 €95,000 Top benefits package. Excellent career development.
