Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Project/Programme Manager
. The Project/Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and programs. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project/Programme Manager will define project goals, create detailed project plans, track progress, and address any risks or issues that may arise during execution. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and be skilled in driving both strategic and operational success.

* Proven experience in
project/programme management

* Expertise in using

) to plan, monitor, and report on project progress
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations
* In-depth knowledge of
budgeting

resource management
, and
risk management
in a project environment
* Experience with
project scheduling

* Ability to identify potential risks or issues early and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track
* Solid understanding of

* PMP
(Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred;

* Bachelor's degree
