Day In The Life
* Strategic Relationship Builder: Build strong, purposeful relationships and support existing customers. Carry out regular business reviews to identify needs and goals. Create growth plans and implement solutions to drive sustainable growth.
* Dynamic Communicator: Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment.
* Commercial Approach: Drive brand distribution strategy to increase quality and quantity of customer partnerships within your territory.
* Data Acumen: Ensure all data on your territory is accurate and up-to-date, including performance, contact details, digital savviness, new/closed outlets, etc.
* Digital First Mindset: Embrace and leverage digital tools, engaging internally and externally on initiatives and evolving trends.
* Growth & Open Mindset: Bring a growth mindset, embrace challenges, learn continuously, and drive innovation.
* Resilience: Demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and pursuing long-term goals despite setbacks.
About You
* Passionate about sales and growth within commercial.
* Full Driver's license with at least 12 months active driving experience.
