Sales Director Ireland – Facilities Services
As Sales Director you will lead and grow the cleanroom cleaning services business. You will drive strategic commercial initiatives, oversee key customer relationships, and lead a small but growing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a driven sales professional with strong business development expertise.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy
* Lead the local sales team, with a focus on cleanroom cleaning services.
* Drive strategic business development and optimize the local service and product mix.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis; define and manage sales targets.
* Coordinate closely with other internal business lines (Textiles, Consumables, Academy).
* Lead top-line budget planning for the Irish market.
* Manage sales-related projects in accordance with corporate guidelines and governance.
Customer & Contract Management
* Negotiate high-value framework agreements and service contracts.
* Personally manage and expand key accounts.
* Identify new commercial opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
* Monitor regional market trends and customer needs.
* Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
* Set clear targets and support continuous development initiatives.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and customer focus.
Representation & Compliance
* Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking forums.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and operational guidelines.
* Preferably, several years of B2B sales experience in cleaning services—ideally within cleanroom or GMP environments.
* Strong network in Ireland’s pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or life sciences sectors; semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to design and execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
* Experience in leading sales teams and working in cross-functional environments.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
