As a leading Construction company in Ireland, we seek an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team permanently in Cork.
Key Responsibilities
1. To manage and administer construction contracts from inception through to completion ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. To develop, implement and maintain effective contract administration procedures to ensure the Company is fully compliant with all contractual requirements.
3. To oversee and manage the preparation of tender documents for submission to clients or contractors.
4. To negotiate and agree contracts with clients or contractors, ensuring that they are fully compliant with the Company's policies and procedures.
5. To co-ordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers and site staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager who possesses:
* A recognised qualification in law, construction or a related field.
* Proven experience in contract administration and management within the construction industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
* A high level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
