Start Date: 1st April 2025
Duration: 12 months
Time Type: Full-Time (5 days per week including weekend working)
This comprehensive programme includes rotations across multiple business functions, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills. Upon completion, trainees will have the opportunity to apply for available full-time roles that align with their strengths and aspirations.
Key Business Functions
Participants will experience the following core business functions:
* Front of House: Providing an excellent experience to visitors, customers, and employees
* Delivery: Assisting customers upon vehicle collection to ensure an exceptional experience
* Parts: Supporting the non-technical service team in sourcing and allocating vehicle parts
* Virtual Prep: Assisting customers ahead of their scheduled service visits, learning to diagnose faults, and educating customers
* Service: Introduction to performing common vehicle repairs
* Sales: Supporting and educating customers during their purchase journey
* Elective Rotation: Final stepping-stone, correlating with potential future role post-programme
Requirements
To be eligible, candidates must:
* Hold a Full UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year by the start date
* Show eagerness to embrace a fast-paced multi-departmental programme
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Possess a friendly, open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality
* Exhibit proven problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
* Be willing to travel to different Tesla office locations or events regularly
* Not be in full-time education when the programme starts
