Business Support Professional
This is an opportunity to develop/enhance skills in:
* Elevate knowledge of business operations

* Optimize use of IT applications such as SAP, Excel, Word etc.
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
2. Contribute as part of a multi-functional team and support all units within the Division
3. Share knowledge and skills openly with other members of the team
4. Analyze and provide reports to ensure efficient running of the Business
5. Facilitate and support others in achievement of team goals and contribute positively to the development of the team and self
6. Provide administrative support to Supervisors, Project Leaders and Managers
7. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change
Key requirements include:
* Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP, SAP ISU, FMIS, PHR
* Strong communication skills with a focus on customer-centric approach
* Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Flexible in working approach
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Qualifications:
* Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
