About the Role
This is a 12-month hybrid position located in our Innovation Centre in Carrigtwohill, Cork. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Neurosurgical team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced medical technology and contribute to patient-impacting projects.
* We are looking for someone with strong research and design skills who can develop and analyze solutions under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* To apply fundamental and some advanced concepts, practices, and procedures for problem-solving.
Tech Skills Required:
* A working knowledge of mechanical engineering practices and design principles is required.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate technical information effectively with colleagues.
The successful candidate will have the ability to create engineering drawings using GD&T tools. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
