What you'll do
* Manage a district with line manager responsibility for all Store Managers within your district
* Ensure a positive, motivated work environment and effective collaboration
* Develop, support, and coach Store Managers within your district
* Analyze and optimize stock movements
* Conduct district tours with the Sales Executive
* Perform regular cash management checks
* Support projects through analysis and feedback
* Oversee store refurbishments, openings, and re-openings
* Create and implement annual business plans for your district
* Plan KPIs and staffing structures for your district
* Support the implementation of company strategy in your district
* Prepare for and participate in Area Manager meetings
What you'll need
* A minimum of a 2.1 degree in any discipline or at least three years of management experience
* Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills
* A full driving license
* Organized, flexible, motivated, and a dedicated leader
* Experience in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
* Strong interest in developing a career in retail
* Multi-site experience as an Area Manager is advantageous

* €76,000 starting salary for a Trainee Area Manager
