In this role, youll be the front line of our Equipment & Service Sales team, converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities, supporting field sales colleagues, and guiding customers through their buying journey. Youll also be empowered to generate and nurture new business leads using our digital tools, CRM, and internal referrals. Key responsibilities Engage & Convert: Connect with customers via phone, video, and digital channels to understand needs and recommend the right equipment solutions. Close Sales: Convert incoming leads and outbound opportunities into sales, often within a single interaction. Sales Enablement: Support the wider field sales team by progressing leads, nurturing relationships, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Financial Coordination: Manage quotes, process orders, and oversee equipment finance paperwork to ensure seamless delivery. Customer Onboarding: Ensure a smooth handover post-installation and guide customers on how to get the most from their equipment. CRM Accuracy: Log all interactions and insights to help us improve and better serve customers. Be a Brand Ambassador: Maintain excellent verbal and written communication, representing the business with professionalism and energy. Requirements Sales Experience: Youve got a track record of exceeding targets and love the challenge of closing deals. Digital Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, digital demo platforms, and working in a high-touch online environment. Commercial Acumen: You understand customer needs and can quickly recommend practical, tailored solutions. Strong Communication: You write clearly, speak confidently, and listen actively. Attention to Detail: Accurate, thorough, and committed to doing things right the first time.
