My client, a large accountancy practice is seeking a Practice Manager to join their Business Advisory team, providing accounting and advisory services to a diverse client base.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced practice environment, requiring strong time management and adaptability.
The position offers leadership responsibility, career progression, and autonomy within a collaborative, client-focused team.
Responsibilities Assist with the management of a portfolio of clients to include sole trades, owner managed business, family businesses and farmers.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting, tax, and compliance services.
Lead, support, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
Review financial statements, management accounts, and tax filings.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
Implement best practice processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to business development and cross-selling of firm services.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
Experience in a medium sized accountancy practice desirable Strong technical and people management skills.
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
Proactive, client-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
