Associate - Finance & Capital Markets - Dublin
Walkers is currently seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Associate to join its highly regarded and market-leading Finance & Capital Markets group in Dublin. Our award-winning Tier 1 practice is a recognized leader in its field, and you will join a dynamic, experienced, and growing team of high-performance lawyers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of big-ticket, cross-border transactions representing blue-chip clients both in Ireland and globally. You will work closely with our partners and fee earners in Ireland and overseas offices, advising clients on debt capital markets, finance, private credit, fund finance, securitisation, and structured finance transactions. The work will be interesting, rewarding, challenging, and impactful. * Securities law and regulatory considerations

The Person
We are seeking qualified lawyers who are Newly Qualified or up to 5 years post-qualification, ideally with prior experience in finance, structured finance, or debt capital markets, either in a recognized practice or in-house. We welcome applications from those currently practicing in Ireland or interested in returning to Ireland. Candidates should demonstrate the following:
