* The role of Hotel Operations Manager is a critical position within the hospitality industry. As a leader in hotel operations, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring service excellence across all departments.
* Responsibilities:
* Oversight of hotel operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service across all areas.
* Act as the first point of contact for guests, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
* Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are adhered to.
* Liaise with department heads to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor and manage staffing levels, breaks, and shift changes.
* Assist with training and development of team members.
* Handle emergency situations and ensure guest safety at all times.
* Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities.
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
