Implementation engineer

Dublin
Resolve
Engineer
Posted: 28 May
Offer description

Resolve is a software firm specialising in regulated financial services. Our clients include insurers, reinsurers, asset managers, fund administrators, and banks.
IntegraLynx is our data management platform. It is the control layer that lets large, regulated institutions manage regulatory reporting and back office automation at scale.
Our team is growing quickly, and we're hiring an Implementation Engineer to join our delivery function.
The role
You’ll sit at the centre of how IntegraLynx gets stood up at client sites. That means working directly with senior client stakeholders, including heads of operations, COOs, head of actuarial function, to translate their business processes into structured, governed workflows running on our platform. We use AI throughout the platform to speed up work that used to take teams of people, and to do things that weren’t possible before.
Concretely, you will:

Configure IntegraLynx for client environments: data models, entity structures, workflows, controls, and integrations.
Apply AI capabilities within the platform to automate and accelerate client processes that were previously manual, slow, or impossible at scale.
Work hands‑on with client data, understanding it, shaping it, and getting it into a state where AI can operate on it reliably.
Partner with client technology and business teams through discovery, build, UAT, and go‑live.
Feed real implementation experience back into the product, what works, what doesn’t, what clients keep asking for.
Take real ownership of client outcomes from day one.

What we’re looking for
Above all, a problem solver. Someone who can be handed an unfamiliar process, an imperfect dataset, and a senior client, and work out what to do.

2–4 years of experience in either enterprise software implementation or financial services (insurance, asset management, banking, fund administration). Experience in both is a strong plus.
Strong numeracy and analytical instinct. You’re comfortable with data, comfortable with logic, comfortable being precise.
Genuine technical capability: SQL is essential. Familiarity with data modelling, APIs, and scripting is expected. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you do need to be technical enough to build, debug, and reason about system.
Client presence. Comfortable communicating with external stakeholders and explaining technical concepts in business language.
Curiosity about AI and a real interest in how it changes regulated industries.

This role is not a fit for:

Business analysts whose strength is documentation and process mapping rather than technical problem‑solving.

We’re hiring the intersection where we are looking for someone technical enough to build, and commercial enough to deliver.
Why this role is unusual
Regulatory reporting and back office operations are where financial services firms spend enormous amounts of time and money, and where the cost of getting things wrong is highest. You’ll be working inside some of the most heavily regulated institutions in Europe, on the processes that actually run their business, using a platform that combines traditional data management with AI.
