My client, a leading main contractor in Drogheda, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their large-scale housing project.
This role provides the opportunity to lead a significant development with a top-tier contractor and be part of a team with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the area.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of the residential construction project.
Monitor and report on project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely completion of works.
Support procurement of materials and manage site documentation.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on site.
Project reporting and site meetings with stakeholders.
Requirements: Previous Site Management experience, preferably in the residential sector Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
