Warehouse Order & Dispatch Clerk Location: Bracken Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18 Job Type: Full-Time Salary: €32,000 per year Working Hours: Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-3:00pm Friday: 6:30am-2:00pm About the Role We are looking for a dependable and well-organised Warehouse Order & Dispatch Clerk to join our busy warehouse team.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving order checking, picking, packing, dispatching goods, and assisting customers with collections.
It also includes general warehouse administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both physical work and interacting with customers.
This position starts as a temporary role with a view to becoming full-time.
Key Responsibilities Check customer orders for accuracy before picking and packing Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or collection Label, organise, and stage goods for dispatch Assist customers collecting goods from the warehouse Handle customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, and collections Ensure all orders are packed securely and correctly Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfilment Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies Update stock levels and order details in the warehouse system Prepare delivery dockets and dispatch documentation Maintain accurate stock and order records Support general warehouse administration as needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in a warehouse, order-picking, or dispatch role Excellent attention to detail when checking and packing orders Comfortable using computers for data entry and order processing Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable, organised, and a strong team player What We Offer Full-time, permanent opportunity Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to develop skills in warehouse operations and logistics Great location with parking and Luas access Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
