Excel Recruitment is seeking a Merchandiser for our client who specialises in the FMCG sector, with a strong presence in the Home, Garden, and DIY markets. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone energetic, personable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Manage up to 120 retail outlets across your assigned territory. Ensure products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and promoted in-store. Negotiate shelf space and introduce new product lines and promotions. Conduct product demonstrations and in-store training. Set up promotional displays and ensure accurate signage and pricing. Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs. Build strong relationships with store staff and management. Share competitor insights and customer feedback with the team. Requirements Experience in merchandising or retail, ideally within FMCG. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to meet sales targets. Willingness to travel and work independently. A positive attitude and desire for career progression. Must have a full clean driving licence This role includes a company van, petrol card, toll tag, laptop, mobile phone, and ordering tablet.
