Our client operates a state‑of‑the‑art aseptic drug product facility in Dun Laoghaire, specialising in Formulation, Vial/Syringe Filling, Lyophilisation, and Packaging.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide automation project leadership, setting priorities, managing risks, and delivering regular project status updates.
* Take overall responsibility for Safety, Cost, Schedule, and Quality across all project phases.
* Develop, manage, and report on project budgets and timelines.
* Manage and execute all project activities, including prioritisation, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
* Provide leadership and guidance to ensure optimal technical and business outcomes.
* Identify and resolve project issues promptly, leveraging available resources effectively.
* Manage third‑party vendors and suppliers to ensure cost control and quality standards are met.
* Oversee the development and management of change controls in a regulated environment.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 8+ years’ engineering experience within the Pharma or Life Sciences industry.
* Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Proven track record leading large‑scale automation projects in regulated environments.
* Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
* Excellent technical writing and presentation abilities.
