Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Ireland team, where you will be responsible for managing recorded complaints and acting as a point of contact for escalated complaints within the business.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the motor finance industry.
These skills will enable you to tailor your communication styles with both branch-level staff and internal senior management.
Responsibilities Provide high-quality, professional advice and support in telephone and correspondence interactions. Investigate complaints competently, diligently, and impartially, obtaining additional information as needed to reach a resolution. Ensure all complaints are resolved successfully, liaising with relevant parts of the business. Communicate professionally with customers, branch staff, senior management, insurers, and the Financial Ombudsman Service. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records in the database. Answer calls promptly and courteously. Achieve departmental and company service standards (SLAs). Contribute to a positive team environment. Report serious complaints swiftly to your line manager. Report breaches related to complaint handling or company procedures. Produce management information and statistics as required. Identify trends and issues from complaints, producing root cause analyses and remedial actions. Adhere to governance and compliance standards, including regulatory reporting activities. We Would Love to Hear From You If You Have: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Proven experience with Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. It Is Not Essential But Would Be Great If You Have: Knowledge of regulations related to Compliance, Data Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, Consumer Credit Directive, and Consumer Credit Act, in line with CBI guidelines.
