Seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to spearhead sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the tile and bathroom industry. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients, architects, and builders to define project scope, specifications and budgets through showroom and on-site consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients, architects, and builders to define project scope, specifications and budgets via showroom and on-site consultations.
Gather requirements from clients regarding their tiling or bathroom projects by conducting thorough site visits where relevant. Provide personalized sales solutions by consulting blueprints of residential properties provided by homeowners upon request. Follow up with commercial property owners prior to installing top-of-the-range bathrooms about any other potential services you can assist them with while working at home sites too ensure all installation processes are fully completed before transferring responsibility back home again whenever possible.
The Ideal Candidate
1. A minimum five years of experience in sales preferably within either tiles or bathroom sector; confidence reading interpreting construction drawings is advantageous.
2. Proficiency Microsoft Office strong CRM knowledge beneficial especially excel;
3. Possesses current full valid driving license.
