As a result of significant growth within our retail operations, we are now inviting applications for the role of Parts Advisor based in our Naas Road BMW Retail Centre.Previous experience is a must for this role.Reporting to the Parts Manager, your key responsibilities will be:Providing a high level of service to meet both technicians & customer's parts requirementsObserving and ensuring compliance with BMW Ireland standards for the proper management of the parts departmentHandling parts enquiries in person, by telephone & by emailOrdering, tracking, receiving & identifying stock & checking in goods from suppliersStore items in an orderly & accessible manner in parts department & ensuring accurate identification of partsMaintaining an excellent working relationship with colleagues in all departmentsDelivering high levels of customer service through efficient communicationBeing highly organised and able to work on your own initiativeWorkining to deadlines and targetsEnsuring cleanliness & tidiness of work areas at all timesEnhancing the reputation of the Frank Keane Group at every opportunity when interacting with othersKey Competencies:Previous experience essentialFriendly, approachable manorStrong communication skillsAbility to be reliable and dependableAbility to multitask in a very busy and fast paced environmentBeing a team player able to assist other members of staffComputer literate essentialThis is an exciting role with a progressive Irish motor group that offers a competitive package and career progression.
