My client is a reputable residential developer who have a proven track record of delivering residential projects nationwide. Due to their continued expansion, they have a requirement for a Senior Site Manager to take the lead role on a new Residential Project in Mullingar starting in February 2026.
The ideal candidates will have 7+ years' experience in a similar capacity, will have strong communication skills, and will be energetic and motivated.
Duties:
* Full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.
* Supervise the buildings from groundworks construction through to full completion and hand over of units
* Complete with site development works, on a phased basis
* Manage and coordinate all trade contractors whilst maintaining a high expectation of health & safety, and quality control
* Coordinate with the project Design Team and Senior Management
* Ensure Health & Safety at all times.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritise workload / excellent time management / excellent managerial skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative and to manage a multi-disciplinary Site team.
* Proven ability to operate and manage to a challenging & tight building programme.
* Proven experience in various Construction Methodologies including RC, Timber Frame and Traditional block build.
* Proven experience in Groundworks and Ground Improvement.
* Previous experience in similar capacity
* Strong IT skills
* Career minded, energetic and enthusiastic.
* Excellent people management and client skills.
* Excellent reference and track record.
