We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who will be able to control a duty shift in our busy hotel. We have two restaurants and an excellent reputation for food.
There are over 100 bedrooms and we regularly have 200 people staying in the hotel.
The following duties would be an essential part of the role.
Ensure that all guests received a genuine warm welcome and have a positive memorable experience during their time in the restaurant.
Ensure the smooth running of service in the restaurants
Monitor the quality of food and keep a good line of communication with the Head Chef in relation to the feedback on the food.
Manage, lead and train team of Food & Beverage Assistants. Ensure strong morale among the team.
Work and communicate effectively with all department heads and colleagues.
Manage customer feedback to ensure matters are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.
Maximise Sales through upselling and excellent customer service.
For insurance purposes, it is essential that management in the hotel do not consume alcohol on the premises.

Pay: €23,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
