Sales Strategy Development
As a Sales Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive sales growth through targeted Consultant and Specifier Channel relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales plans that align with the company's objectives and strategy.
* Promote and educate Consultants and Specifiers on customer specifications and training.
* Cross-sell products and services across the customer lifecycle.
* Establish and maintain dynamic sales plans in accordance with Best in Sales (BiS) principles and Personal Sales Plan (PSP).
Qualifications and Skills
* Technical qualification in engineering or related field.
* Previous sales experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
* Account management skills.
* Cold calling and social selling experience.
* Ability to persuade and convince others to promote offers and influence decision makers.
* Active listening skills to provide full attention to others' messages.
