Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our HR and Payroll functions across two sites in Galway.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our HR and Payroll teams, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. This includes but is not limited to processing payroll, managing employee records, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the payroll process from start to finish, including data entry, processing, and payment;
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll returns and reports;
* Implement and maintain effective HR systems and processes;
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers;
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders;
* Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree qualification with 3+ years of experience in HR and Payroll;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Intermediate level MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
