Are you passionate about hospitality and dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences? We're looking for a warm, attentive Host or Hostess to join The Gallery at The Westbury Hotel — home to our renowned Afternoon Tea service.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
* Manage reservations and coordinate seating efficiently
* Guide guests through menu offerings and dietary options
* Maintain a clean and elegant reception area
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
* Collaborate with the service team to ensure exceptional service
* Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Address guest feedback with professionalism and care

* Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* A friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
