Biopharma Researcher Opportunity
Our company is seeking a Biopharma Researcher to join our team on the evening shift at our Analytical GMP facility in Ireland. As a Biopharma Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting complex analysis and preparing various formulations and biological matrices for stability and analytical testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will possess an understanding of laboratory procedures and under general supervision conduct complex analysis.
* You will perform routine sample preparation and analysis procedures to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds.
* You will train on routine operation, maintenance, and theory of analytical instrumentation, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
* You will be responsible for reviewing and compiling results and data comparison against SOP acceptance criteria, methodology, protocol, and product specifications.
* You will communicate effectively with diverse groups of people and receive and understand information and ideas.
* You will work upright and stationary and/or standing for typical working hours.
* You will lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
* You will work in non-traditional work environments.
* You will use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.
* You may have exposure to potentially hazardous elements, including infectious agents, typically found in healthcare or laboratory environments.
* You will perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences degree preferred) or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
* Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
* Excellent manual dexterity skills.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Time management and project management skills.
* Proven solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Ability to cross-train on sample preparation techniques with another laboratory group.
* Ability to work in a collaborative work environment with a team.
* Manual dexterity and ability to follow detailed written and verbal instruction.
* Cooperate with coworkers within an organized team environment or work alone with supervision.
* Manage time effectively to complete assignments in expected time frame.
