An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading global organisation based in Cork. This role will form an integral part of the senior management team, with responsibility for leading and delivering the organisation's People Strategy. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders on all people-related matters, driving the HR agenda within the assigned business area. Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to the senior management team, ensuring HR strategy aligns with and supports operational objectives. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent and implementing effective talent management programmes. Support managers and employees through a robust performance management process, ensuring clear objectives, timely reviews, and continuous development of key talent. Proactively manage employee relations matters, maintaining open and effective communication channels across all levels of the organisation. Contribute to and support global HR projects and initiatives as required. Experience & Skills Required: Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner role (minimum of 5 years). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
