Lead a Culture of Excellence
Job Overview: As part of the senior leadership team, the CI & Lean Lead will design, develop and execute the company's Continuous Improvement & Lean strategy.
* Develop a detailed operational excellence plan for the business, leveraging value stream mapping to create and execute operational roadmaps.
* Coach the team to embed the CI & Lean framework throughout the organization.
* Deliver the Stryker Production System (SPS) for daily management, problem solving, and leader standard work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Influence professional teams in a multi-site model, promoting talent-based management and coaching.
2. Drive high levels of employee engagement through cultural change and inclusion in the OpEx journey.
3. Conduct OpEx assessments to understand site capabilities and build capability through training and coaching.
4. Oversee Lean Six Sigma greenbelt/blackbelt deployment programs and ensure implementation of identified tools and processes.
5. Assume the role of technical and cultural mentor for various functions, championing OpEx wins through effective communication.
6. Monitor and control progress of work, ensuring sound application of principles and delivery to strategic intent.
7. Establish a system for process control and monitoring, evaluating process to maximize equipment utilization and minimize handling.
