Administration Manager Role
We are hiring an Administration Manager for a Brokerage Client, based in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, and be responsible for managing the office administration team.
Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate administration procedures and systems to streamline processes.
* Delegate and monitor tasks to personnel, assuming responsibility for all aspects of the office.
* Assess staff performance annually, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
* Ensure smooth information flow within the company to facilitate business operations.
* Manage staff roster schedules and task deadlines.
* Monitor office supplies and purchasing, adhering to budgetary constraints.
* Oversee costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
* Maintain facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradesperson management.
* Organize and supervise other office activities delegated by the managing director.
* E nsure operations adhere to policies and meet compliance and regulations parameters.
* Stay up-to-date with organisational changes and business developments.
Requirements and Skills
* QFA or higher qualification.
* At least 3 years of brokerage experience.
* Proven experience as an administration manager.
* In-depth understanding of office management procedures and legal policies.
* Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and other applications.
* Analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* A team player with leadership skills.
* BSc/BA in business administration or a related field.
