You will ensure excellent donor care, coordinate logistics for events and campaigns, and support strong, long-term relationships with our donors, fundraisers, volunteers, and partners.You will work closely with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer, the Senior Community Partnerships Officer, and report to the Head of Partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDonor Care – Provide excellent donor care by responding to queries, maintaining accurate donor records, acknowledging contributions, and implementing donor journeys.Administration – Fulfil the administrative requirements of partnerships activities, ensuring compliance with policies, GDPR, and fundraising guidelines.Coordination & Logistics – Organise materials, stock, and logistics for donor engagement activities, fundraising events, and campaigns.Relationship Building – Maintain long-term relationships with donors, volunteers, and fundraisers, acting as a first point of contact for new and prospective supporters.Teamwork – Collaborate with colleagues across the Partnerships Team, Fundraising Department, and wider Simon Community to achieve fundraising objectives.About You – Essential CriteriaExperience: Minimum 2 years in fundraising, customer service, administration, project coordination, sales, or marketing.Skills: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, excellent administration and organisational skills, attention to detail, numeracy, IT and CRM/database skills, and confidence on the phone.Attributes: Team-focused, flexible, accurate, solution-oriented, with initiative and ownership of workload.Other: Leaving Certificate, full driving licence, and access to a car.Desirable: Salesforce CRM experience, third-level qualification, experience in fundraising or voluntary sector, knowledge of financial systems, homelessness, or social issues.How to ApplyAre you ready to make a difference?
