Key Account Manager Job Opportunity
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth, fostering customer relationships, and overseeing all aspects of account performance. You will collaborate with the Customer Director to deliver revenue targets and ensure consistent SKU availability across your customer base.
* Manage designated customer accounts for sustainable, profitable growth
* Develop customer-specific pricing strategies through negotiation
* Coordinate product launches to ensure successful market execution
* Collaborate with Sales Management and Field Sales teams to optimize retail environment and merchandising strategy
* Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve business challenges and deliver commercial initiatives
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in senior commercial sales role within FMCG industry
* Proven commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills
* Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute effective business strategies
* Strategic thinker with capability to plan across multiple timeframes
* Highly collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams
