We are seeking a full-time Quality Manager to join our South Dublin team.
This is a permanent, full-time role, with core working hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
A full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential, as travel is required.
The Role The Quality Manager will provide strong leadership and support to the Quality Supervisors, ensuring consistent, high standards of care, compliance, and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include: Provide effective leadership, line management and ongoing support to Quality Supervisors, promoting high performance and accountability.
Manage client requests, queries and amendments to care plans, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
Oversee quality visits, hospital reviews and carer assessments, ensuring all care plans and documentation are accurate, current and reflective of client needs.
Review and action daily and weekend on-call reports, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution of issues.
Manage complaints, incidents and investigations professionally and promptly, including root cause analysis, corrective actions and shared learning.
Oversee governance processes within OneTouch, ensuring compliance with organisational procedures and data-quality standards.
Maintain regular communication with Public Health Nurses, HSE Managers, families and internal teams to support client needs and manage risks effectively.
Facilitate training sessions, reflective practice and feedback opportunities to promote carer engagement, professional development and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of quality, accountability and recognition by sharing compliments, positive feedback and best-practice examples.
Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work independently, using sound judgement and initiative, while reporting to the Client Services Manager.
Requirements Minimum 1 year's supervisory experience in home care or a healthcare setting (essential).
Full clean driving licence and access to your own car.
QQI Level 6 is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy office environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Strong attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Fluent English and full permission to work in Ireland.
