We have a new opportunity for a Maintenance Joiner / Carpenter to join our team.Duties/ResponsibilitiesCarry out scheduled property maintenance & minor project worksEnsuring all work complies with Company and Client Health & Safety standardsAttend reactive callouts; identify and report back to the office the need for ad‑hoc repairsComplete any repairs required and approved on siteSubmit a photographic completion report showing the works completed (through our inhouse workflow app)Essential RequirementsBe qualified in carpentry works and have site experienceHave experience working on roofs and rainwater systems i.e. guttersPossess an up to date SafePass card or equivalentHold a full clean drivers licenceHave their own toolsHave a fluent level of English, spoken and writtenBe able to use email systems and mobile phone systems and apps – as the use of our job tracking app is essentialHave good knowledge of the Dublin areaBe flexible with working hours (reactive emergency callouts)Ability to work on other projects within the maintenance department and refurbishment departmentAbility to work well both on own initiative, and part of a teamDesirable RequirementsHave a good understanding and general knowledge and experience in plumbing & electrical works.Benefits include use of a Company vehicle, fuel card and Company mobile phone.Job Type: Full‑time | Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday | Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay | Ability to commute/relocate: Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
