Role Summary:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and cross-sell opportunities within assigned Tier A/B accounts.
* Conduct regular monthly or quarterly review calls, monitor engagement metrics, and proactively resolve issues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Present tailored solar solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals that maximise revenue and margin.
Responsibilities:
* Account Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive account management and strategic planning.
* Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Sales Planning: Participate in annual sales planning, building and maintaining accurate forecasts in collaboration with senior sales leaders.
* Credit Oversight: Partner with Finance to review credit and handle escalations for high-value accounts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in key account management or B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
* Technical understanding of solar products and solutions, with the ability to present complex offerings clearly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
