Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with recipes and standards
* Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety in line with HACCP regulations
* Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while ensuring consistency and quality
* Work alongside our Head and Sous to contribute creative ideas when needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role
* Professional culinary qualification
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
* Up-to-date references from previous employers
