The Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Dublin) is an important role in our group central marketing function, with responsibility for the day-to-day marketing activities for a cluster of our unique and market-leading hotels. The MHL Hotel Collection is a collection of unique and individual hotels in key city and resort locations throughout Ireland. From the bustling city centres of Dublin, Galway, Limerick and Belfast to picturesque and historic estates close to Wicklow and Galway City- each of our hotels has its own distinct personality and charm.
This individual will be responsible for:
* Working with the Group Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Cluster Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute and report various digital marketing activities for the specified hotels.
* Responsible for the performance and maintenance of hotel websites, working with the Group Digital Marketing Manager and booking engine partners to implement the PPC & SEO strategy.
* Responsible for the managing and updating of the marketing budget and annual media plan for each hotel, with a strong focus on campaign management.
* Work collaboratively with their respective hotels to plan, execute and report on various campaign activities- with a strong focus on creative problem solving and building strong collaborative relationships with the hotels.
* Work with social media and creative teams around collaborative campaigns for the hotels in your cluster, taking a hands-on approach to deliver effective and creative marketing solutions.
The successful candidate must have direct experience in managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on website/ecommerce. This role requires a strong level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders in a multi-business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for assisting the Group Digital Marketing Manager in the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy for each of the individual hotels within the Execs cluster.
* Assist the Group Digital Marketing Manager in creating and costing digital marketing budgets per individual hotel and the measurement of results vs agreed KPIs.
* Ownership of the annual media plans for the specific hotels and responsibility in updating and reconciling plans on a monthly basis.
* Responsible for the updating and maintenance of hotel websites, ensuring imagery, content, copy etc. is up to date and continually evolving in line with business priorities and best practice.
* Manage the relationships with the key contacts in your cluster of hotels (e.g. GM and Director of Sales) taking a proactive and collaborative approach to building marketing plans.
* Work with the Group Digital Marketing Manager and external partners on the implementation and optimisation of digital marketing activities (e.g. PPC, SEO. Display) reporting on and evaluating the performance of different activities.
* Project management of key marketing projects for the hotels as necessary e.g. brand positioning development, new website build etc.
* Identify and lead marketing activities (that are additional to the always-on ecommerce strand) and work with the hotels and partners on brand campaigns, content development and social/video content.
* Coordinate email marketing activity for the individual hotels within the cluster.
* Closely work with hotel teams around a structured ways of working with relation to planning, implementing changes and reporting performance.
* Assist in the creation, implementation and reporting of social media campaigns.
* Responsible for weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reporting.

Role Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven record in delivering effective marketing campaigns and driving commercial and brand performance.
