Chef Manager – Monday to Friday
We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global organisation, for a Chef Manager to take full ownership of a well-established kitchen located just outside Cork City. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior chef who's confident managing budgets, controlling margins, and leading a small team – all while enjoying a genuine work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing daily kitchen operations
2. Managing food quality, portion control, and presentation
3. Working within budgets and maintaining strong margin control
4. Using internal systems to manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
5. Creating staff rosters and leading a small, efficient team
6. Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
Requirements:
7. Experience in a senior chef or chef manager role
8. Strong financial awareness – confident with budgets, margins, and cost control
9. A hands-on, practical approach to leadership
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills
11. Up-to-date knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
