Role Description
We are hiring PLC Automation Engineers to elevate next-gen manufacturing systems in a high-performance, regulated, and innovation-driven environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement in automated manufacturing systems.

โข Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
โข Lead installation, validation, and commissioning of automated equipment
โข Develop and optimize HMI/SCADA interfaces
โข Ensure automation compliance with FDA, ISO 13485 & GxP requirements
โข Support reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency initiatives
โข Perform root cause analysis and resolve automation downtime issues
โข Maintain preventive & predictive automation maintenance plans
โข Prepare software documentation, configuration records, and validation protocols
โข Contribute to Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 improvement programs
โข Train technical teams on system functionality and safety processes

โข Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering
โข 5+ years PLC automation experience in MedTech/Pharma/High-Tech manufacturing
โข Hands-on PLC programming expertise (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Omron) & HMI development
โข Knowledge of industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus)
โข Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation abilities.
