Job Description:
We are recruiting for an M&E Coordinator to join our educational project based in Galway. Your mission is to review M&E design information and undertake a full design gap analysis in conjunction with the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and co-ordinate the flow of M&E design information to ensure the timely release of information for construction activities.
* Manage the submission and approval process of all M&E technical equipment as required.
* Manage the submission and approval process of all M&E design information (drawings) as required.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, client and company requirements and assist with the preparation of the submission required for the BCAR uploads.
About You:
You must have a minimum of 3 years working on site with a large-scale construction/engineering organisation. A background in M&E is essential, along with previous experience in Residential, Commercial and/or mixed-use development. Time-served mechanical/electrical background and H&S awareness are also required.
