twentyAI are partnered with a high-growth, international financial services group seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior country leadership. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Deputy CFO, with responsibility for driving financial performance, delivering robust analysis, and providing strategic support to help shape country-level decision making.

The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
1. Act as the strategic financial partner to designated Country Heads, aligning financial goals with business objectives.
2. Lead country-level budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the group's chart of accounts and reporting requirements.
3. Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly reporting packs, KPIs, and board-level presentations.
4. Produce detailed variance, revenue, profitability, and cost analyses, providing insightfulmentary to guide decision making.
5. Support in-country and group-wide strategic projects, collaborating withmercial, sales operations, and onboarding teams to provide data-driven insights.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clearmunication of financial performance and priorities.
7. Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and the continuous improvement of reporting, systems, and processes.
About You
We're looking for a self-starter who can operate with autonomy, thinkmercially, and proactively solve problems before they arise. You'll befortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Requirements:
8. 7+ years post-qualification experience in senior finance roles.
9. Proven track record in financial leadership, business partnering, and strategic financial management.
10. Exceptionalmunication skills with the ability to distilplex information into clear, actionable insights.
11. Advanced proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Experience with Sage Intacct, Adaptive Planning, or Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
13. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a recognised accounting qualification is strongly preferred.
