Century Cinemas is hiring a team leader to work alongside the cinema manager to help enhance and deliver outstanding customer service.
Job Description:
* A background in customer service from within the hospitality sector, would be an advantage. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a keen eye for customer service while directing fellow team members.
* Confident in their ability to look after the needs of our customers who span a wide age range.
* Willing to help develop and enhance the skills and abilities of our team members.
* Willing to work hard, unsocial hours, including weekends and public holidays. Ongoing training and educational opportunities for personal and professional development available for the right candidate.
