Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Postgres, and Apache Kafka development.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in deploying applications via CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as Chef, Jenkins, Sonar, Checkmarx, and Maven.
* Showcase a strong proficiency in High and Low-Level System Design, contributing to the architectural decisions of the projects.
* Exhibit proficiency in Domain-Driven Design and event-driven (especially event-first)-based design and implementation methodologies.
* Possess expertise in performance tuning and systematic level troubleshooting, ensuring optimized system performance.
* Provide team leadership, mentorship, and coaching to junior members of the team.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, capable of participating in technical discussions with senior technical members and business leaders.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 15+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java-based technologies.
* Proven experience in leading engineering teams and guiding technical decisions.
* Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
