Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home supporting multiple therapies:
* Home Oxygen
* Nebulisers
* Ventilations
* Sleep
We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.
As our Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our Respiratory Commercial Manager, Diabetes Business Unit Manager, Contracts Manager, and Care Support Team Manager to boost business development and market reach.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Establish and implement a marketing strategy for both the respiratory and the diabetes business lines.
* Develop offers and create associated material to support the commercial teams.
* Support the organisation and logistics of events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
* Measure, analyse and report on marketing activity effectiveness.
* Proactively develop in-depth understanding of the external factors affecting marketing strategy including competition activity, NHS and HSE policies, healthcare trends, etc.
* Liaise with our partners to manage the company's marketing assets and digital library.
* Support the wider business on deploying Value-Based Healthcare initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate marketing professional with previous experience in a similar role. You will need strong communication skills, an ability to collaborate with different teams across the business, and a positive can-do attitude.
We also look for:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Any experience with healthcare, medical devices and/ or chronic disease management is desired but not essential.
* Awareness of good customer service - internal and external.
* Proficiency in Google platforms.
* A driven, collaborative and methodical approach to work.
* Excellent organisational skills along with prioritisation skills.
* A result-oriented mindset.
